i can not add my payneer master card

hi there 

i need to add my payneer master card several time bit it not accept from paypal 

also i try to add my bank but its showing some amount already send to my bank , yet not receive the amount 

now my account showing limit please help me

Paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and paypal advise against trying.
