fail to remove dead bank account

Come on Paypal get your act together the method to remove the offending bank account does not work. Neither does the chat line its a nightmare.

Why does the same old message keep popping up that" it cannot be removed at this time , try later."

The system is broken come on this this Banking we are talking about!

May be able to help you on this one but as you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Have you added a new bank first before trying to remove the old one?
