eCheque Cancelled

Hi, I paid for something and required a refund, but on the Sellers account the transaction is as follows

Payment status Cancelled

Expected eCheque clearing date 23rd April - 28th April.

Does this mean that the money will be refunded back to me. I have never had this before.
