Ok, so i have a $-7.85 PayPal account balance, and i was told i have a PENDING $78.32 deposit (PayPal has denied me the "privilege" of using my deposit to correct my $-7.85 oversight) Since when has the common sense aspect of businesses doing what is good for both parties involved and getting on with our meaningless lives?? (Lol).... ??
