confirm button not showing in activity

chat agent said to hit confirm button to send payment.

problem is - no confirm/satisfied button in either summary or

activity for this transaction.

any help appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about that. If you are unable to view the confirm button, please clear cache and cookies and try with a different browser. 

 

If this does not work, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
