hello guys 

i made mistake and make account in US but i live in canada and now i cant add my bank account too my paypal what should i do my problem is i have some money in US account and i cant transfer too another account cuz the paypal.com its not recognize my phone number!

please help me thanks !

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
Have you tried opening a Paypal account in Canada and 'sending' the funds to it?

OR asking the senders to open disputes to get their funds back again and then pay to your new Canadian account.
