bank is linked to the max numbers of PP accounts?

Im trying to link my bank so I can transfer money from PP to my bank account but it keeps telling me that the bank is linked to the maximum of PP accounts. How do I solve this?

Difficult to advise as you haven't said how many paypal accounts you had or have, if they have been closed, was the bank account linked to any of them and how many times !!

I have one PP account (same one Ive always had), my debet card is linked to that. I resently changed from a private to a developer as I plan on some point to set up a website where I can sell from. Could that be the issue?
