I linked my card . I have credit on it . Yet when i try to confirm and click on get code it i get this message . How can i solve this My card is prepaid

There are a lot of prepaid cards that paypal do not accept and that cannot be verified.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
