I am getting an error when I try to link my I-CARD, they just asked me to upload my National identity and my bank statement which I did. the problem is whenever I try to enter my I-card's information a message pops up: Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions about PayPal.

Best Regards, <REmoved>

This is was my first post.

Okay, they sent me a message that my account has been restored but when I tried to link my account again I got the same error ''Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.''

What am I supposed to do now, please!

Best regards,

'This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.' means that Paypal are getting a denial message from your bank when you are trying to add the card. When you add a card or update the details Paypal charge a temporary amount of $1.00. If this is not approved the card cannot be added. If you keep getting this message then call the number on the back of your card to check the issue with your bank. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you would need to try another card.

Hi. This happened to me just today because I want to confirm the card. Says that it was declined by the issuing bank. I decided to remove it but I got a confirmation that card was used. It was declined in the first place. What should I do?
