Wrong pin? But right pin

Why is it saying wrong pin when I know it's the right one I also know someone who is having the same issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you having trouble with your mobile pin to log into your account, or the PIN on your PayPal Debit Card? Here's how you can change your mobile PIN to login.
