Worthless help from messages and phone

I've literally been trying to link my bank account for three days. I have input the correct numbers. I know since PayPal since money to my account then removed it. But when I input the amount they sent. It said it was wrong when it literally wasn't. And the message people literally aren't listening and I can't get a live person on the phone line to help. So wtf do I do? I literally have money I need in limbo cause their **bleep** customer service.
