Its not letting me link my account to tree for money

Tree of money is asking me PayPal account above whare l enter my email address. What do l put in the PayPal account box in tree of money to receive my payment?

Put your email address in both places. I had to sign in that way because it kept giving me an error. Although, I'm still waiting for my money, says I should get it within 2 weeks. We shall see????
