I have linked my PayPal account ( which is a non-US account ) to my prepaid master card from a local bank in my country ( Saudi Arabia ).. the card was linked and confirmed successfully. However, every time I click on " Transfer Money" PayPal keeps asking me to link a card or a bank account. even though my card is already confirmed and linked.
Why is that happening ? does it mean that my card is not acceptable or is it a bug in the website ?
