Hi! I just created a new Paypal account. I have confirmed my number & bank account & have previously withdrawn money from my account twice, but for some reason I can’t withdraw money anymore. Every time I try it says “we can’t complete this transaction right now, please try again later”. Why does this keep happening? I have been trying every for the last 3 days. Someone please help!!
I phoned up Customer Services yesterday, was told a restriction had been lifted and to wait 4 hours and try to withdraw again. It's still the same! This company are laughable. Will be advising everyone I know never to use PayPal again.
