When ever I try withdraw from my Paypal I get a message saying “there seems to be a problem we’re not able to complete this transaction at the moment“ I’ve been trying all day

How do I confirm my bank account? 

 

Once you're done, kindly try the transaction again.

How do I withdraw money from PayPal to my bank account? 

If you encounter the same message, I would recommend you to refresh your browser by clearing the cache and cookies.

Yes to my bank I’ve done it in the past no problem so don’t understand ? Hence why I need to actually talk to an advisor... I’ve tried using the app and on the browser and the same message appears
