Withdraw money

I'm trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account to my bank account but I could not I tried 3 bank account I got rejected I went to bank they said thier no problem about your bank Can you help me please? My PayPal account bussinss in Malaysia I tried to withdraw money to Malaysian bank and Saudi account but not working

Have you confirmed the bank account after adding it?

Is the name on your bank account exactly the same as the name on your paypal account?
