Why i can't select payment to Friend and Family?!

I dont have the selection of choose to send a payment to friend and family why ?!

Its not offered in every country, if you can't see it as an option when you click to send funds then you probably don't have it.

Click send money > put in email address > then either goods / services OR friends / family would show if you have it as an option.

I want to use with Friends Of Family payments ! How can i turn on it ?! Becouse Just need to use this one ! Please help me ... Thanks

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
