Why Paypal Balance Not Showing how can i solve it

Why do you need it to show?
As a buyer you don't need funds in your paypal balance and in your country you can't add funds.
Paypal will take for any purchased from any confirmed card that you have linked to your paypal account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
