Wheres my money ?

I added cash to my card today .i need to pay my rent and landlord decided to use pay pal now w this covid 19 going on ...but i dont see cash i deposited nor does it give me a choice to transfer money from my bank ? Im new to this and its driving me nuts ...plz help ...u.s. Account
