I issued a fast transaction to my bank account on October 16. It's October 19 now and nothing happened. I even contacted my bank and they say they can't find transaction ID paypall sent me. Another thing is that nobody here cares to tell me what is going on here, so I think I am being scammed. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?
