What even is going on with my money?

I was asked to submit my social security card and my passport. I was very very skeptical of this as this is my damn social security card. I eventually do so and the hold is removed. NOW WHERE IS MY MONEY. I spoke to customer care and they are saying there is still a hold and they cant find the documents. I SUBMITTED SUCH SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND NOW THE MONEY IS MISSING AND YOU'RE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET. This is terrible customer care as well as terrible service. Please provide my money and proof that my documents are safe ASAP.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
