Want to transfer my found from paypal to bank account

Hello,
I created this account in 2019. In 2019 my account goes to limit and notice me that I can withdraw my found after 180 days instruction will be giving my email address. On October 8, 2019, I got a mail "Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal." that gives me instruction to withdrawal my funds.
I try to withdrawal my found but I can't do this because I can't add any bank account for withdrawal this problem still now.
At this same time, I can't withdraw my found from Paypal to my bank account.
Please help me to transfer my found in this bank account which information I provide below:
Bank Name: Wirecard Bank AG

IBAN : <removed>

Bank Country: Germany

Beneficiary Name: <removed>

I want to withdrawal my found in my bank account, please help me to do this.

I would edit your post and remove your bank details from this PUBLIC WORLDWIDE community forum.

Then contact customer services...

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
