Waited 180 days, still can’t access my money

My account was closed over 6 months ago. I waited the 180 days like it said I had to in order to access the money I have in my account. I haven’t received an email explaining how to get my money like it says I would, and I have messaged/called customer service over a dozen times and get nowhere. When I talk to someone on the phone they tell me they can put in a “request” for someone to look into it. This is absolutely ridiculous. The money in my balance is from my second stimulus payment. It’s legally mine, and they are keeping it from me. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service in my life. As a business and banking solution, PayPal is the worst. There is NOTHING that should keep me from accessing my stimulus money.

Sadly nothing anyone on here can do about it, maybe seek legal advice?
