WHERE'S MY REFUND?

I opened a dispute against a company back on March 27th, it is now May 5th I have not received the product nor has my money been refunded to me. I sent PayPal the notice I received that the company was a fraud. I have written numerous requests, escalated my dispute and still they keep saying in review and changing the date of resolution. I am very frustrated at this point, I even sent an email to the CEO of PayPal still nothing. I have been a member of PayPal for quite some time and I thought the reason they were in business was to protect consumers against companies such as these.

Think customer services are a tad inundated at the moment trying to keep everything running whilst staying safe in difficult circumstances.

Disputes along with everything else are taking a lot longer than normal.

If you bought stuff from a scam site ? China or similar from Facebook then join the queue as lots waiting to get reimbursed for their mistakes.
