Hello All,

 

I needed to have done an urgent transaction for some two weeks now but this has been hampered by the request to confirm my card with a 4 digit code. I did request for the code twice now and no code appears on my card statement. What do I do please?

Sounds as if it may be a card paypal don't accept.
