Using my Debit card to fund Coinbase and uphold.

I tried both Venmo and PayPal debit cards to fund Uphold and Coinbase only to be rejected...why do they reject funding to both???

I'm having this problem as well. I've used my PayPal business debit card to fund my uphold account before, now it's failing repeatedly (something about 3D verification failure). I've tried it on mobile, as well as two different desktop browsers.
