Unable to withdraw Funds from paypal balance

I recently recieved a payment but when i try to withdraw it says “Please provide more information. Please withdraw money on our classic site instead” so i tried this and withdrawal still doesn’t work, does anybody have any ideas why this is?

Do you have a linked and confirmed bank account attached to your paypal account? (not a debit card).
