Unable to view balance to convert

Hello All, 

Currently i am unable on any browser to view my balance page, when i load the page i am greeted with the following image

This will continue like this for hours until i give up. this is unfortunately not allowing me to use this page to convert my currency so that i can transfer into my bank account. 

does anybody have any ideas why this is happening? and to clarify again this is on chrome, firefox and edge.
