Unable to link my new "RuPay" card I got yesterday. Keeps looping on linking the card

Heya everyone!
So basically, I lost my old debit card and got a new one yesterday which is "RuPay" card Indians will definitely know this So I've been trying to link my card to my Paypal account
I was able to link it using my smartphone but whenever I try to make a payment, it keeps asking me to link my new debit/credit card and keeps on looping there no matter what I do. I tried removing my card and linking again using pc as well. But same issue is there.
Do you guys have any solution for this?
I have enabled international payments in my card
Any support will be appreciated. Thank you!
