My PayPal account was created when I was in Taiwan, and now I live in the US so I am trying to link my US bank account. However, every time after I put in my bank account information, an error message popped up saying "We're sorry. We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I have made sure that my name on both accounts matches. What is the problem? What else can I do? TIA
