Unable to link a U.S Bank account

I’m trying to link my Mercury bank to my PayPal account but it gives me the following error:

I've been trying to contact PayPal support but I can't seem to find their phone number or email. Every time I send a message through the message tab it says "Sorry, Customer Support Agents are available right now."

Sounds like a virtual bank which Paypal do not accept.

Has to be a bank opened on U.S soil.

Mercury bank can be linked to PayPal and it has worked for people. 

I want to contact PayPal but I can't find a way.

Mercury doesn’t support sole proprietors or trusts, and their services are limited to companies formed and registered in the U.S.

I have an LLC registered in the U.S with a U.S business address. There's a reason why I got accepted by Mercury bank.

What I don't understand is why isn't my bank account being linked with PayPal when this has been done by many other members before.
