I am unable to add a bank account in Paypal. Have spoken to at least 10-12 customer service agents... In fact one your customer service agents asked me to make a transfer to an IBAN - after which I will have balance on paypal and will be able to add bank account. The money never came to paypal... If there is any one in Paypal who has any care of how to take care of their customer, please reach out to me!
