Unable to access my money

I have to complete a property transaction on Monday. I am jammed by PayPal when I try to transfer my money to my bank account with a message

’Right now we are unable to move money to your account’.

My bank is not declining any transfers it is a PayPal problem or rather a problem for me as I have to complete a property transaction.

This is very urgent & I need the problem sorted out by PayPal today.

What happened to good old fashioned over the counter banking, but I suppose in thos days withdrawing money came with the threat of being knocked unconscious when leaving the bank.
