Unable to Add My Indian Bank Account to My Indian Paypal ID, Please Help!

Hi, I recently joined pay-pal from India, i added my identity verification documents, yet i am unable to add my bank account.

I tried everything i can but every-time i get this message saying " Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again" .

i tried multiple times this week yet getting the same error. kindly help me figure out how to fix this issue. i have attached the screenshot of my error below. please tell if its a bank related error also...

Yes I am also facing this problem and unable to transfer my paypal balance to my bank account
