Trying to understand if anyone else is experiencing such terrible customer service?

For the last 5 weeks....literally, 5 weeks, I have been trying to resolve an issue preventing me from transferring my funds to my bank account. For FIVE WEEKS someone has been "handling" my case - however every time I finally get in touch with someone, I am told that there is no record of any case. After one hour waiting for a call today, the representative hung up on me and did not give me a call back. After another hour, I spoke with someone, and we were on the phone for one hour, before saying she would transfer me to her supervisor. AND SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO A DEAD LINE!!! I am literally so fed up and baffled by the terrible customer service or honestly, complete lack thereof by a billion dollar corporation. This is despicable - I am a small business owner and without being able to access my revenue, this has been extremely challenging and damaging for my business. I wish someone would actually help me. I feel so helpless and literally want to rip my hair out

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?
Have you tried another browser / cleared your history/cache?
Have you tried withdrawing to the app?
