Trying to add Canadian CapitalOne MasterCard - declined due to bad cc number

Has anyone had success adding a Canadian CapitalOne MasterCard to their list of cards?

I keep getting declined due to a bad cc number entered even though I'm holding the card in may hand and entering the characters exactly.

Hoping someone can help me out here.
