Payment in my account got auto-withdrawn on 16th 6am. I talked to paypal representative on 17th and they said that it will take 24-48 hours for status to be 'completed'. Now it is more than 48 hours and status is still pending status. Why paypal representative said 24-48 hours? I am aware of this FAQ. But it is FAQ and not 'terms and conditions'.
I have surfed lot of links (provided at bottom) for terms of doing business in india. And i have not found any mention that it takes 24 or 48 hours.
Also, i need links of T&C, privacy, legal and terms of usage where Paypal has mentioned about operating business in India.
As of now i am of opined that Paypal is enforcing foreign countrie's rules and regulation in india.
