I topped up my paypal balance on the 30th April, 2019. It's been about 6 business days, and the money isn't here yet. So I decided to check my paypal account, and turns out I topped up from a new bank account that hasn't been linked yet.
I just want to ask when the money will get to my paypal balance! Or if I link it now, would that fix the issue?
