I found that start from 29Nov2018, when I transfer money from my HSBC account to PayPal account (Removed by Moderator) The money won't show up in my PayPal account until I have to contact PayPal service support to assist. It happened three times. Before that it's only took one business day to reflect my top up money in my PayPal account, any policy change to cause this happened again and again. Now I have another top up money HK$700 transfer on 3Dec,2018 still not shown in my PayPal account. What is the root cause?
