Too many redirects on Safari to add a bank account

I’m experiencing a problem across all my devices when trying to add a new bank account. I’ve tried on my phone, ipad & laptop, all come up with the same error ‘Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred.’ This would indicate that this is a paypal issue? Can anyone help?

Hi @Gay_Bennett,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing errors when you try to add a bank account. If all three devices are returning the same error, it could indeed be something with PayPal, or it may be your connection to the internet. Has the problem persisted since when you posted, or is it resolved now? If it's still happening, please log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to our technicians to take a look at what's happening.
