I salute the PayPal community I have a problem with adding my debit card to any paypal account.
The first time it worked and after trying to rebuild my bank account and the card the amount was sent to me on internet banking in RON and I did not realize that it should be converted into USD and I dropped the wrong amount 3-4 times .
What can I do now to reuse my card on this platform?
