I tried to register a Debit/ATM MasterCard from Indonesia and it keeps giving me, "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." What makes a card not accepted? What's the criteria? A minimum amount of balance?
BTW, I don't mean to be rude, but if you're posting to get kudos or whatever, please don't bother. I need a solution.
So, to link a credit card, you need to have at least 2-3 euros in your account. No credit or debit card can be linked if it's balance is below 2-3 EUR.
