I have recently got the PayPal app on my phone (IOS) and I could not find my balance, I asked my sister who also has the app on her IOS device, and hers shows up with a balance. I can't even find the "manage balance" option anywhere. I thought maybe it would be different on my computer, but it's not. It still with not show an account balance or a "manage balance" option. I read some other forums saying "if you have a UK account", but I do not, I live and originate from the United States. Why won't it allow me to access my balance? It is also requesting my SSN, I thought PayPal was supposed to be simple and easy.
