what is the time frame to be notified. By pay pal. They put some limitation and now no one is answering the phone. No one has answered the now 4 messages i left. The one That promises they will contact in an hour. Im new at this and hit wrong buttons because I'm learning. And suddenly im suspect that it isn't me. I just could use some advice about """my money"" I cant access with no answer. Please advice welcome thank you

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the email OR phone option (IF AVAILABLE) in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR live help may be available.

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Customer service no answer from any way I have tried. How do I get someone to communicate? Help center is NO HELP
