From Bosnia, in order to link a bank account to Paypal, it has to be a visa debit account, so I got one. Where the bleeding hell is the Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice option or the conversion option these days? Both buttons are gone or moved somewhere and I haven't been able to find them. I've tried everything, from the bank's instructions on how to find and disable the Paypal doing the conversion to online advice. This is super frustrating as I'm sure we all know by now.
