So, I work in Mainland China. I'm trying to send remittances back to my home country. I have two PayPal accounts set up: one is linked to my Chinese bank, and the other is linked to my bank back home.
I am unable to send money via PayPal thus far. There is no error message, the screen simply asks for "payment method," irrespective of the fact I have already linked my bank account.
