I wanted to send money to a friend today and something happened that has never happened to me before - when I select send money to a friend and put the persons e-mail address in the field it came up with 2 boxes underneath - what I was sending in GBP and what recipient would get in USD?
I've never had this before - always just showed my currency what I was sending to friends in same country - UK.
Now my issue is I want my friend to get GBP as we are both in UK - I have never seen this before and am quite perturbed - defo don't want charges for conversion fees so what's up with this - why is Pay Pal now doing this?
