Ok so I sent some money to a friend this morning and selected family and friends was charged a fee of 11.96 is this normal.
I have my bank card linked to Paypal and thought this was instant,but upon sending the money to friend I got this funds availability date June 30th 2020.
I checked my bank account and the money was already withdrawn from there so is this date just a projection and the funds could actually be available today.
