Paypal refuse to allow me to withdraw money. I have registered my accounr using 3D-secure code but can't withdraw money instantly despite this being the promise.

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

Are the funds in your paypal balance?

Are they cleared and not pending?

Are they in sterling?

It's pending and may take 72 hrs. Can I claim for lost interest?

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

The blurb said it was instant. Was I misled? Are paypal lying to me? Are paypal maki g interest on my money while it is in their account?

I was charged to request payment and given the impression I could access it instantly. Why was I lies to?

Paypal payments to your paypal balance are normally instant (unless you are subject to the new seller hold).

Withdrawals are often instant but sometimes you get an email to say ''security review'' and you have to wait 72 hours.
