I get this error when I'm trying to link a debit card

There can be a few reasons for this error message. It could be our security or the card issuer blocking the card. Please make sure the details like name and address ion your PayPal account match those as they appear on your debit card account. 

If the issue persists please contact our CuCustomerupport through the Help section of your account.
